Public Invited To Celebrate Guard-Veterans Day At The Capitol:

Join the Pennsylvania Department of Military and Veterans Affairs (DMVA) for Guard-Veterans Day at the Capitol on June 4. This year, we celebrate the past, present and future of the PA National Guard and honor the 80-year anniversary of the Battle of the Bulge. Maj. Gen. Mark Schindler, Pennsylvania's adjutant general and head of the DMVA, will also swear in the newest group of PA National Guard recruits. Military displays will be available for visitors to enjoy both inside and outside of the capitol building. The event is from 9:30 a.m.-2 p.m.
