Announcing Pennsylvania’s RHTP Advisory Council

After reviewing nominations for individuals from across the Commonwealth, we are proud to announce the Rural Health Transformation Plan (RHTP) Advisory Council. The Advisory Council will provide subject matter expertise to the Rural Care Collaboratives (RCCs) in the six initiative areas. Member input is intended to inform and enhance the RCC regional plans to ensure planned projects have the best chance of mitigating the prioritized regional health needs and will be sustainable.

If you were not selected to be a member of the Advisory Council, consider getting involved with an RCC. The RCCs will develop regional plans and priorities for the RHTP.
