Reminder, PennDOT's Digital Delivery Team is hosting two 2-day Contractor Summits at the University of Pittsburgh Johnstown and Wilkes University campuses.
The summit at University of Pittsburgh Johnstown is February 2 – 3, 2026, 9:00 am - 4:00 pm.
The summit at Wilkes University is February 4 – 5, 2026, 9:00 am - 4:00 pm.

These summits are directed toward our Construction Contractor partners. The summits will cover Project Advertisement and Bidding on Day 1 and Day 2 will cover the Construction phase. The information covered at each location is the same.
Day 1 Topics: Bidding process and deliverables, Synchro access and special provisions, Estimating within Synchro and demos specific for Construction PMs and Estimators.
Day 2 Topics: Construction coordination/field information, Fabrication, Data Collection and demos specific for Construction.
Both days will include Vendor presentations and open discussion. Vendors scheduled as of now: Autodesk, Bentley, Carlson, HCSS (Heavy Bid, Heavy Job), Hexagon (Agtek), TopCon and Trimble.
